One of our favorite parts of running Undercover Popular Leather Goods is getting to say yes when a client asks, “What if we changed that?”

Recently, a customer fell in love with one of our signature purses—but wanted it to feel even more like hers. So we reimagined the piece from the inside out, swapping in a different leather color, updating the strap, and selecting a closure that better matched her style and how she actually uses the bag day to day.

That’s the beauty of small-batch, hands-on leather work: nothing is locked in. The leather color sets the mood. The strap changes how the bag moves with you.
